1. Use of the website

You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own business use. We take care to keep information accurate and current. Cost ranges, timelines and specifications published here are indicative guidance based on completed projects and are not offers or quotations. Only a written quotation issued and signed by us constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.

3. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting a form or emailing us does not create a contract. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the information supplied at the time. Where site conditions, building rules or client requirements differ from those assumed, we will issue a written variation before proceeding.

4. Services

Services are provided under a separate written agreement covering scope, price, programme, payment stages and warranties. Where these Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the project agreement prevails. Standard payment structure is a deposit at order, a payment at delivery, and a 10% balance payable after the punch list is signed closed.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photographs, layouts, drawings and the logo — is owned by or licensed to Clay Broussard Office Interiors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Design drawings and specifications we produce remain our intellectual property until paid for in full, at which point a licence to use them for the specified project transfers to the client.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

7. Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business interruption or loss of data arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability arising from delivered services is governed by the relevant project agreement.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
