Frequently Asked Questions
Costs, timelines, warranties, payment terms and service areas — the questions Arkansas businesses ask us before starting an office project.
As a working range, a light refresh (furniture, paint, flooring) runs $28–$55 per square foot, a standard office fit-out runs $65–$110 per square foot, and a high-specification headquarters with significant construction runs $120–$200 per square foot. Furniture alone typically lands between $650 and $2,900 per seat. Your written quotation will be exact — these numbers are here so you can build a realistic first budget.
No. The initial site visit, measurement and conversation are free anywhere within roughly 60 miles of Little Rock. For sites further out in Arkansas we may ask for travel costs only, agreed in advance. You are under no obligation after the walkthrough, and the scope document we produce is yours to keep.
A small refresh is typically four to six weeks. A full floor for 60–120 people is nine to fourteen weeks from approved design. A multi-floor headquarters runs four to seven months. Furniture lead times are the usual constraint — most contract furniture is six to ten weeks from order, which is why we place orders as early as approvals allow.
Yes, and we do it often. Phased occupation, weekend installations and out-of-hours noisy work are standard for us. Clinics, law firms and credit unions rarely have the option of closing, so we plan the sequence around your operating hours from the start.
No. We are independent and specify across multiple contract-grade manufacturers based on what suits the room, the budget and the lead time. If you already have a preferred manufacturer or an existing state contract, we will work within it.
Yes, on turnkey projects. We coordinate landlord approvals, building rules, certificates of insurance and permit submissions where construction work requires them. On design-only engagements we prepare the documentation and you submit it.
We receive and inspect everything at our own warehouse before it comes to your site, which catches most freight damage before you ever see it. Anything that slips through is replaced under warranty and chased by our client service coordinator — not by you.
A two-year workmanship warranty on everything our crew installs, plus the full manufacturer's warranty on every product we supply (commonly five to twelve years on contract furniture). We administer manufacturer claims on your behalf for as long as you own the furniture.
Frequently. If your existing workstations are structurally sound, refurbishing and reconfiguring them is usually 50–70% cheaper than replacement. We will tell you honestly which items are worth keeping and which are past economic repair.
Staged against milestones: a deposit at order, a payment at delivery, and the final 10% only after the punch list is signed closed. We do not ask for full payment up front, and we do not invoice the balance while defects are open.
Our studio and warehouse are in Little Rock. We regularly work in North Little Rock, Conway, Benton, Bryant, Sherwood, Jacksonville, Hot Springs, Fayetteville, Rogers, Springdale, Jonesboro and Fort Smith, and we take selected projects in Memphis and Shreveport.
