The website is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data and client records is limited to staff who need it, protected by individual accounts and strong passwords, and reviewed periodically. Paper records are held in locked storage at our Little Rock studio. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect what we hold, and we will notify affected individuals without undue delay if a breach is likely to cause harm.
